Poor quality of work - won't put it right

Had 2 external doors fitted which I now know to have the wrong fittings on the handles. Have asked Kieron to come back and resolve as have been left in a worse state than before he came with a back door that won't open! The lock has slipped down but he says it's "user error" The garage door is the same issue but he refuses to come and look - having fobbed me off for months and months - terrible communication - false promises - dishonest trader who does not stand by his work - could easily rectify but chooses not to
